1. Who can become a reseller?
We offer a reseller and retail partnership program for:
- Cafés & coffee shops
- Restaurants & food businesses
- Online & home-based sellers
- Pop-ups & individual resellers
Our program includes discounted pricing, priority production, and marketing support.
2. How much is the reseller discount?
We offer a flat 20% reseller discount.
- Applies to every order of 10 dozen or more
- Discount is fixed (no tiered pricing)
- Simple, transparent, and easy to compute
- Multiple qualifying orders still receive 20% per order
3. What is the minimum order?
To access reseller pricing:
- Minimum order is equivalent to 10 dozen units per transaction
- Orders are placed per tray, per flavor
- Orders below the 10-dozen equivalent are charged at regular retail prices
- Each order is treated separately
This ensures fair pricing, accurate production planning, and consistent product availability.
4. Is there a reseller commitment fund?
Yes. A fully refundable commitment fund is required after approval.

- Café / Business Reseller: ₱2,000
- Individual / Freelance Reseller: ₱1,000

5. Can we sell under our own brand?
Yes. We offer white-label options for cafés and restaurants, and your company identity will always remain confidential.

- You apply your own branding, such as custom box packaging and printed labels.

6. Do you allow custom cut sizes?
Yes. Custom cut sizes are available per tray order only.

7. How long do the brownies stay fresh?
- Up to 12 days when refrigerated
- Best consumed within 3–5 days
8. Do you allow returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- Verified issues must be reported within 6 hours of receipt
- Storage, handling, or delayed resale issues are not covered
9. Important reseller notes
- Approval is subject to review
- Pricing activates only after approval and completion of requirements
- Discounts are for resale only; misuse may result in suspension
- Terms may be updated; confirmed orders are not affected
- Resellers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and food safety
