Orders and Products
All products are freshly baked and subject to availability. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual item.
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders due to availability, errors, or suspected misuse.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Maya, GCash, QR Ph–enabled e-wallets, banks, or other payment gateways. We do not store your full payment details.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery details, fees, and schedules are shown at checkout or communicated after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect information provided by the customer. Responsibility transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier or marked ready for pickup.
No Return, No Exchange
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and order details so we can assist.
Food Safety and Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions order at their own discretion.
