No Return, No Exchange
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Taste or texture preferences
- Incorrect storage after delivery or pickup
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We will review refund or replacement requests only if the item received is:
- Incorrect
- Damaged upon arrival
- Missing from your order
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 6 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos and your order details
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:
- The issue is reported beyond 24 hours
- Damage is caused by mishandling after delivery
- The order details provided were incorrect
Payment Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used (e.g., Maya, GCash, bank, or other payment gateway). Processing time depends on the payment provider.
